Registration for the 2024 Dash 4 Dignity 5K is

This year, you can choose from the following options:

• In-Person April 13th in Severn, MD on our 5K (MAP) or 1K outdoor courses which will be set up following local health and safety guidelines.
              5K Start Time: 7:30am.

                                                            OR

• Virtually between April 6th and 13th on the day/time/course of their choosing within the United States.

No matter the option you select, every registration, donation and sponsorship make a difference in restoring dignity to human trafficking survivors.

To make a difference in the lives of individuals in crisis consider making a special donation to the programs at City of Refuge Baltimore in Brooklyn, MD. These Dash dollars enabled City of Refuge Baltimore to operate its weekly Rapha Refuge Drop-in for women survivors. With your support, I know that we can continue to bring light, hope and transformation to those in need.
