Registration for the 2022 Dash 4 Dignity 5K and 1K is

This year, you can choose from the following options:

• In-Person April 30th in Severn, MD on our 5K or 1K outdoor courses which will be set up following local health and safety guidelines OR
• Virtually between April 23rd and 30th on the day/time/course of their choosing within the United States.

No matter the option you select, every registration, donation and sponsorship make a difference in restoring dignity to human trafficking survivors.

Last year, we raised $15,000 to support the programs at City of Refuge Baltimore in Brooklyn, MD and Drink at The Well in Curtis Bay, MD. These Dash dollars enabled City of Refuge Baltimore to launch its weekly Rapha Refuge Drop-in for women survivors and Drink at The Well to expand economic empowerment opportunities for women through its Hon's Honey social enterprise. With your support, I know that we can surpass that in 2022.
